Pulmonary metastasis generated by SASVO3. SASVO3 cells were injected into the tail vein and the mice were sacrificed after 90 days to detect lung colonization by tumors. Gross morphology is shown by an illuminating device (left). Histological analysis of the lungs for metastatic lesions was performed by H&E staining (middle).
