Evidence of GAPDH redistribution in JEV-infected HEK293 cells. Proteins were extracted from uninfected cells (A) at a time simultaneous with those hours postinfection (hpi) with JEV (B). Cytoplasmic (lanes 1 to 6) and nuclear proteins (lanes 7 to 12) were fractionated as described in Materials and Methods. Western blots were done separately with antibodies as indicated on the right.
