Effects of HG/SMG on the activity of ERK1/2. rBMSCs were cultured under HG/SMG conditions for 7 days, then analyzed by Western blotting for Erk1/2 and phospho-Erk1/2. There was no difference in the expression level of ERK among the three groups, but the phosphorylation level of ERK1/2 strongly increased in the HG group and decreased in the SMG group.
