Virions were isolated by sedimenting culture supernatants through a cushion containing 20% sucrose. Equal volumes of cell and virion lysates were analyzed by SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions followed by Western blotting using MAbs specific for E2, E1, and HIV-1 capsid p24, respectively.Back to article page
