ODC-AS knockdown and qRT-PCR of marker genes in adipogenesis. 3T3-L1 preadipocytes were infected with lentivirus (Nsi, ODCi-3 or ODCi-5) before the induction for differentiation. Twenty four hours after induction, the cells were collected and examined for mRNA levels of PPARγ, C/EBPα, aP2 and CD36 (see Methods).
