Characterization of the therapeutic antitumor effects generated by treatment with E7-CRT in combination with imiquimod in tumor-bearing mice. C57BL/6 mice (5/group: untreated, imiquimod alone, CRT/E7 alone, and combined group) were implanted with TC-1 (5 × 104/mouse) at d0. Treatment schedules were the same as described in Figure 1.
