Characterization of doxorubicin-treated TC1 cells. TC1 or TC1/luc tumor cells (1 × 10⁶) were cultured in the presence of different doses of doxorubicin: 0, 0.01, 0.1, 1, 10, 50, 100 μg/ml. Flow cytometry was performed on doxorubicin-treated TC1 cells at 2 hrs of incubation. An MTT assay was performed with another pool of TC1 tumor cells incubated for 24 hrs with doxorubicin. Bioluminescence imaging was done with TC1/luc tumor cells incubated with doxorubicin for 24 hrs after adding luciferin.
