Characterization of the anti-tumor effects of MOSEC-dox tumor cells in nude mice. Athymic nude mice were inoculated with 2.5 × 105/mouse of MOSEC/luc tumor cells. Four days later, MOSEC/luc tumor-bearing mice were treated with 2 × 106/mouse of irradiated MOSEC-dox(10 μg/ml or 100 μg/ml) tumor cells. A group of MOSEC/luc tumor-bearing nude mice without treatment was used as a control (naïve). Survival analysis was also performed of the different groups of mice.
