Incubation was done with 0.1 nM-2.5 nM at 37 °C of [3H] Ketanserin in a total incubation volume of 250 μl. 10 μM unlabelled ketanserin was used to determine the nonspecific binding. The reaction was stopped by rapid filtration through GF/B filters using ice cold Washing Buffer pH 7.6. Bound radioactivity was counted with cocktail-T in a Wallac 1409 liquid scintillation counter.
