A. HPLC Chromatogram of trypsin activated Bt18 parasporal protein. Trypsin activated parasporal protein was applied to a Mono Q exchange column with 20 mM Piperazine buffer (pH 9.8). The column was set to run at 1.0 mL/min with the salt gradient (0-1 M NaCl). B. SDS-PAGE profile of Mono Q purified trypsin activated Bt18 parasporal protein. Coomassie Blue stained SDS 10% polyacrylamide gel.
