(b, d, e) Histograms represent the average amplitude of field potentials during superfusion of hippocampal slices with NMDA and co-application of NMDA together with ketamine, D-APV, or ifenprodil at the concentrations of 1-50 μM. All values are expressed as the mean ± S.E.M (n = 6).
