Cyclopiazonic acid (CPA) evokes an SOC conductance. Using whole cell patch clamp electrophysiology, PASMCs were voltage clamped and then periodically exposed to voltage ramps (-100 mV to +100 mV) in the absence and presence of 10 μM CPA ± 10 μM SKF-96365 (SKF).
