  1. NPC-TW01 and HeLa cells were transfected with miR-1 and their total RNA was hybridized to microarrays. Transcripts that were down regulated more than two-fold were screened as target genes of miR-1 using the miRTarBas and miRecord databases. The target genes were then screened for involvement in apoptosis using the Ingenuity pathways database.
