The genomic DNA from six cell lines, Raji, Jurkat, HT15, H1299, MCF, and K562, are amplified with PCR primer marked above. Single 150 bp bands are generated from bi-allelic Alu-absent cell lines, 150 bp and 476 bp are from mono-allelic inserted cell lines, and single 476 bp are produced from bi-allelic inserted cell line.
