Serum testosterone and LH levels. A reduction in testosterone and an elevated LH in serum were found in rats explored to intermittent hypoxia for 4 weeks, and these changes were relieved by medication (mg/kg, po) with CPU86017-RS (20, 40, 80, termed as RSL, RSM, RSH) and Nif (10) in the last 2 weeks.
