Atg7 Is Downstream of Hsp27 in the Regulation of Drosophila Eye Phenotype. (A-A”) The GMR-Gal4/+ control fly has a normal eye phenotype and normal shape of individual ommatidia. (B-B’, D-D”) Overexpression of Hsp27 or Atg7 also results in a normal eye phenotype and regular ommatidia.
