Increased NPM1 expression was associated with lymph node metastasis and poor survival rate of colon cancer patients. A. Immunohistochemical analysis of NPM1 expression in colon cancer tissues, adjacent normal tissues, and matched metastatic lymph nodes from the same patients. A primary antibody replaced with PBS was used as a negative control, and breast cancer tissue known to express high levels of NPM1 was used as a positive control. B.
