F4/80 immunoreactivity also increased in the spleen in affected mice (H, arrow). Megakaryocytes were also detected in affected mice (H, arrowhead). In the kidney section, F4/80 immunoreactivity was unchanged in unaffected mice (D and E) and mice with autoinflammation (I and J).
