Quantitative analysis of total neurite length and tip number of neurite branches per neuron following various treatments with DMSO, daidzein, or NGF. Significant neurite lengthening and branching were observed in both large (A and B) and small DRG neurons (C) treated with 30 μM daidzein or 100 nM NGF. Three independent experiments were performed.
