Luciferase reporter activity of HJVP1.2-luc and mt HJVP1.2-luc transfected HuH7 cells following TNF-α treatment. HuH7 cells were transfected with HJVP1.2-luc or mtHJVP1.2-luc to verify that the identified TNFRE is functional.
