Hypoxia induced upregulation of miR-494 in L02 cells. Cells were incubated under hypoxia (1%O₂, 5%CO₂ in a 37°C incubator) for 4 hours, 8 hours, and 16 hours, followed by analysis for miR-494 expression by real-time qRT-PCR. U6 small nuclear RNA was used as an internal control. The data were presented as the means ± SD. Columns, mean of three independent experiments; bars, SD; *p < 0.05 compared to other three groups.
