Survival Rates and Body Weight Loss of immunized mice post challenge with A/California/7/2009 Virus. Mice (n = 4 to 7 per group) immunized with PBS, and 0.001 μg, 0.01 μg, and 0.05 μg of vaccine with or without adjuvant (alum or MPLA), followed by lethal challenge with 106 TCID50 of A/California/7/2009 virus intranasally.
