H-rev107 associates and co-localizes with PTGDS. Mouse TM4 cells plated in a 10-cm dish were transfected with 3 μg PTGDS-Flag along with H-rev107-myc or the control vector for 24 h. Cell lysates were prepared as described in the Methods. The interaction between H-rev107 and PTGDS was analyzed by immunoprecipitation followed by Western blot analysis. Immunoprecipitates were resolved by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted using anti-Flag antibody or anti-myc antibody (A). TM4 cells were transfected with EGFP-PTGDS or DsRED-H-rev107 expression vector alone or co-transfected with both vectors for 18 h.
