EGF induced ARPE-19 cell proliferation and migration. (A) WST-1 assay was used to test cell proliferation. Cell proliferation of ARPE-19 cells was induced after EGF treatment for 24 h and 48 h (both ** p < 0.01). (B) Cell migration was increased after 24 h and 48 h of 25 ng/mL EGF stimulation. (C) The quantitative analysis of Figure 1B revealed significant cell migration induced by the treatment of EGF (* p < 0.05 and ** p < 0.01, respectively).
