NDRG1 expression analysis using semi-quantitative RT-PCR (A) and western blotting (B) in MDA-MB-231 (MDA) and T47D and breast cancer cell lines treated with 5-Aza-CdR for 72 h at different concentration. The band A, B, C, D were treated with 0, 2.5, 5,10 μM of 5-Aza-CdR, respectively. NC represents the PCR reaction without DNA (negative control).
