Effect of CYD treatment on osteogenic differentiation. Percentage of ALP positive cells (A,B) or OSTEOCALCIN (C) expression in MSC induced to undergo osteogeneis without (CONTROL) or with CYD (+CYD) treatment. CYD treatment was given for initial one day (1D) during 3 days of osteogenic induction (A) or for initial 3 days (3D) during 7 days osteogenesis induction (B,C).
