Mapping the regions of interaction between Znf179 and Plzf. ( A ) The top panel shows the schematic representation of Znf179 and various deletion constructs of Plzf used in the immunoprecipitation experiments. The first and last amino acids of the fragments are numbered with respect to their positions in full-length protein. Bottom panel: COS-1 cells were co-transfected with EGFP-Znf179 and different fragment of Flag-Plzf. IP was performed with anti-Flag antibody or mouse IgG. The protein complex was then washed and analyzed by Western blotting (WB) with the anti-Flag and anti-EGFP antibodies.
