Prevention of Aβ 25–35 - induced cytotoxicity by noopept. (A) The cells were pre-treated with noopept (10 μM) for 72 h before exposure to 5 μM of Аβ25–35 for 24 h. Cell viability was determined by MTT assay. Data are expressed as means ± SEM. Five independent experiments were carried out in triplicate.
