GAPDH was used as the internal control. B) qPCR graph indicating the fold increase in the expression of TH as compared to its expression in uninduced cells. GAPDH was used for normalization. Cells treated with only FGF2 showed 47.5 folds increase in expression of TH (*p < 0.05).
