Hypoxia increases migration activity of HCASMCs. (A and B) 2.5% O2 hypoxia for 4 h increased migration activity of HCASMCs, which was inhibited by SP600125 (25 μM), leptin siRNA, NAC (500 μM), or losartan (100 nM). In addition exogenous addition of Dp44mT (30 nM), leptin, or AngII (10 nM) under normoxia also increased migration activity of HCASMCs. *P < 0.01 vs. normoxia control. #P < 0.01 vs. 4 h (n = 3).
