INS-676 and 678 (marked with an asterisk in the legend) were tested in one single experiment. The vertical dotted line indicates the time when a group of animals was sacrificed for bacterial counting in the lungs. Data after the line was obtained from animals left for survival assessment (all dead by the end of the experiment).
