Expression of microRNA30 profiles and autophagy-related protein in rats spinal cord. Spinal cord samples were collected from I/R injury group and its H2S treatment group for molecular detection. (a) Quantitative analysis of expression of miR-30 profiles was determined by using Quantitative Real-Time PCR. (b) Quantitative analysis of expressions of Beclin-1 mRNA and LC3 mRNA were examined by using Quantitative Real-Time PCR. (c) Expression of Beclin-1 and LC3-I/II protein were determined by using western blot assay. All values are expressed as the mean ± SD. * P < 0.05 vs. I/R group
