Protective effect of H2S on I/R injury was reversed by miR-30c in rats. Rats were pretreated with pre-miR-30c (injected in injury site of the spinal cord 24 h before reperfusion, 100 nmol/l) or 3-MA (intraperitoneally injected, 15 mg/kg) before reperfusion.
