Wound closure after a full-thickness dermal excision. Male ICR mice (6 weeks of age) underwent a full-thickness 8 mm excisional wounding. They were either muck treated or treated with cutaneous application of TDPN (200 μM) daily. The wound closure was pictured every three day (a). The averages of opened wound area were measured by image program and plotted as relative % of original wound (b). The values were expressed as means ± SE from 6 wounds in each group till day 9, 4 wounds at day12 and 2 wounds at day 15
