Association between phosphorylation status of Histone H3 Ser10 and viability of midostaurin treated cells in breast cancer cell lines. The phosphorylation of Histone H3 Ser10 and Histone H3 in breast cancer cell lines was semi-quantified by densitometry after Western blot analysis. The phosphorylation level is determined as a ratio of the value of the phosphorylation at Ser10 against that of the total protein of Histone H3 and indicated as p-Histone H3/Histone H3.
