FcγRIIB crosslinking reduces the number of CD27+CD38+ purified PCs that differentiate from BCR-independent activation of B cells. Purified B cells (105/ml) were cultured with CpG (5 μg/ml) in the absence or presence of rabbit PAP ICs (5 μg/ml) for five days. The percentage of CD27+/hiCD38+ cells by flow cytometry is shown as a histogram before and after the 5-day culture from five donors. The asterisk indicates statistical significance of the difference between the two groups compared (P < 0.05)
