Legend. In vivo antitumor effects generated by treatment with E7 DNA vaccine plus α-GalCer, E7 DNA vaccine plus MPL, E7 DNA vaccine plus α-GalCer and MPL combination. C57BL/6 mice were inoculated with 2 × 105 TC-1 tumor cells subcutaneously. Mice were then treated with DNA vaccine plus different adjuvant combinations as described in Materials and Methods.
