  1. M3BIM (24 mg/kg), solvent control (0.5 % DMSO), or a phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) was injected (i.p.) in mice for 30 or 60 min. The platelet-poor plasma was obtained for assay the activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT) and prothrombin time (PT). Data are presented as the means ± SEM (n = 8)
