Recruitment of monocytes into the brain parenchyma of mice treated with Cn and/or HIV-1 gp41-I90. C57BL/6 mice were intravenously injected with Cn and/or HIV-1 gp41-I90 via the tail vein. After 24 h injection, mice were anaesthetized with ketamine and lidocaine, and the brains were removed and fixed in 4 % neutral buffered formalin.
