MO1 and 5msMO1 treated embryos at 48 hpf for quantitative real-time PCR. The expression level of stalk cell marker, nrarpb, was decreased by 54 % in Thsd7a morphants, though unchanged in nrarpa. The tip cell markers, vegfr2 and vegfr3, were decreased by 30 and 25 %, respectively. Co-injection of MO1 and thsd7a mRNA signficantly rescued nrarpb expression level.
