The autophagy activation marker LC3-II is significantly increased in berberine-treated cells. a N2a cells were transfected with GFP-TDP-25. After 6 h transfection, N2a cells were treated with different dose of berberine for another 24 h, and then stained with anti-LC3-II (red) in immunofluorescence assay.
