JAB1 silencing attenuates the oxLDL-induced expression and secretion of TNF-α and IL-6. PMA-differentiated human U937 MΦ were treated (4 h) with 50 μg/ml oxLDL and compared to the control (medium). TNF-α (a) and IL-6 (c) mRNA expression levels were determined using RT-qPCR. TNF-α (b) and IL-6 (d) protein secretion was determined using ELISA.
