PA-6 treatment for 24 h induces intracellular KIR2.1 accumulation of WT, V93I and D172N channel proteins in HEK293T cells. Confocal microscopy optical slices (0.7-0.8 μm) displaying KIR2.1 (green) localization in HEK293T cells transfected with WT, V93A and D172N channels under control conditions and following 24 h of PA-6 (1 and 5 μM).
