PA-6 treatment for 24 h induces intracellular KIR2.1 accumulation of WT, V93I and D172N channel proteins in MES-1 cells. Whole cell KIR2.1 (green) and Cadherin (red) localization in MES-1 cells transfected with WT, V93I or D172N channels in non-treated (control), PA-6 (5 μM, 24 h) or chloroquine (10 μM, 24 h) conditions imaged by conventional fluorescent microscopy.
