Thrombomodulin (TM) expression increased FAK phosphorylation in A7r5 cells upon adhesion. a A7r5 cells transfected with pEGFP, pEGFP-TM, or pEGFP-TMS490,492A were detached and seeded to type I collagen-coated cover slip for 3 h. Cells were processed for immunofluorescence of FAKY397 phosphorylation, stained with DAPI, and observed under a confocal microscope.
