The level of H19 was increased and miR-148b was decreased in human AS patient serums and ox-LDL-stimulated HA-VSMCs. Expressions of H19 (a) and miR-148b (c) in the serums of human AS patients (n = 40) and healthy volunteers (n = 40). HA-VSMCs were treated with ox-LDL (0, 25, 50, 75 μg/ml) for 24 h, followed by the measurement of H19 (b) and miR-148b (d) expressions. Data are presented as mean ± SEM (n = 3) of at three independent experiments. *P < 0.05
