From: Avicequinone B sensitizes anoikis in human lung cancer cells
Avicequinone B restrained survival under detachment condition in various lung cancer cells. The lower viability of non-adherent a H292 and b H23 lung cancer cells was significantly notified in the cells incubated with avicequinone B at 2–4 μM compared with non-treated control. Anchorage-independent growth assay revealed the reduction of both number and size of forming colonies in lung cancer c H292 and d H23 cells after culture with 2–4 μM of avicequinone B for 14 days.
