Comparisons of B cell subsets during acute DENV infections. High level of ASCs was observed in dengue infected patients. Significantly lower frequencies of naïve and resting memory B cells were observed in patients when compare with healthy individuals (*p < 0.05, by Mann-Whitney U test). Significantly higher frequencies of plasmablasts/plasma cells or ASCs were observed in patients when compare with healthy individuals (***p ≤ 0.0005, by Mann-Whitney U test), whereas activated memory and tissue memory B cells were not significantly different when compare between patients with dengue and healthy individuals
