  1. Cells were induced to differentiate into osteoblast without (control) or with 50 μM 5′-HA for 6 days. Mouse osteogenesis RT2 Profiler™ PCR array with 84 osteoblast genes was performed for each cDNA sample using the SYBR® Green quantitative PCR method.
