Antibody-mediated inhibition of DENV-3 infection in SH-SY5Y, CHME-3 and U-87 MG cells. Cells were pre-treated with anti-PHB1/2 or anti-VIM antibody at two different concentrations. Note the significant dose-dependent inhibition of DENV-3 infection in SH-SY5Y and CHME-3 cells treated with anti-PHB-1/2 (p < 0.0001) while, there was no reduction in titers obtained in cells treated with anti-PHB1/2 antibody as compared with uninfected U-87 MG cells.
